The Association of Insolvency Practitioners of Southern Africa (AIPSA) is a non-profit organisation with a membership of about 350 qualified Insolvency Practitioners, Lawyers and Chartered Accountants. This site contains sections geared specifically to AIPSA Members, as well as those interested in joining the Association.

How to become a Member of AIPSA

How do I become a member of AIPSA?

To become a member of AIPSA you need to complete an application form. Please feel free to contact our Administration Office if you'd prefer to have one faxed, emailed or posted to you.

What does it cost to become a member?

The registration fee is R288.42. This will be returned to you if your application is not successful.

Are there any other costs involved in being a member?

Yes, there is an annual subscription. The subscription fee for 2010/2011 is R1 892.10. This will include membership in INSOL International (International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals). Subscriptions are due in March of each year. The subscriptions are reviewed annually by the Council.
